For level progress, hints, purchases, or restore-purchase questions, include your App Store country or region and whether iCloud sync is enabled.

Cinderdeep

For run progress, saved games, crashes, or gameplay questions, include the floor you reached and your hero class so we can reproduce the issue.

Star Bee: 星际蜜蜂

For score, ad, revive, or gameplay questions, include the score you reached, your device model, and whether the issue happened before or after an ad.

Astra Vanguard: 星界先锋

For spacecraft, mission, reward-credit, ad-entry, or revival issues, include the spacecraft and mission you selected, your device model, and whether the issue happened before or after an ad.

Gilded Depths: 深井夺金

For movement, digging, trapped guards, level progress, or ad-continue issues, include the level number, your device model, and what happened immediately before the issue.

Carrot Fuse: Garden Escape

For stage, movement, bomb, enemy, portal, or ad issues, include the stage number, visible seed from the pause screen, device model, and whether the issue happened before or after an ad.
