PipGamer creates independent iOS games, including Hamster Adventure: Golden Fields. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use our apps or contact us.
Information We Process
Our games may store gameplay progress, settings, purchases, hints, virtual currency, and unlocked content on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled by Apple services, related progress data may sync through your Apple account.
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, device details you choose to provide, screenshots, crash context, and the content of your message.
Advertising and Analytics
Free versions of our games may show ads through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process identifiers, approximate location, device information, ad interaction data, and diagnostics according to their own policies. Where required, iOS may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking is used.
We may use aggregated diagnostics and crash information to improve stability and performance.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may store purchase entitlement status needed to unlock paid features.
Children
Our games are designed to be friendly and non-violent, but they are not directed to children under 13 as a primary audience. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers needed for advertising, app distribution, analytics, crash diagnostics, support, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
Your Choices
You can manage ad tracking permission in iOS Settings, disable iCloud for the app in Apple settings, delete the app to remove local data, or contact us for support-related requests.
